Service Description

Reiki is a very gentle treatment where you stay fully clothed and cosy under blankets while I work quietly through light hand placements throughout the session. Most women book Reiki when they feel mentally exhausted, emotionally drained or feel like their brain just won’t switch off properly anymore. The cabin stays warm and quiet with soft lighting, gentle music and heated eye pillows helping you fully settle into the bed. Some women fall asleep. Some get emotional. Some just lie there enjoying the peace and quiet for a change. Honestly, all of it is completely normal here. Before the session we’ll have a little chat about how you’ve been feeling and what’s been going on for you lately. Then once you’re comfortable and tucked in, the session begins. Afterwards, there’s never any rushing you back out the door. You’ll have a bottle of water, a few minutes to come back into the world again properly and later I’ll send you a reflection from the session along with aftercare and supportive tools for home too. A lot of women leave this treatment feeling like they’ve finally taken a full breath for the first time in weeks
