Private Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Service Description

This private session is designed to help you slow down both body and mind. We’ll begin with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, often described as yogic sleep, where you’ll be invited to get comfortable, close your eyes and simply listen. From there, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing experience designed to support rest and help settle a busy mind. The Yoga Nidra is followed by a soothing sound bath using a combination of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other carefully selected instruments. Many people leave feeling rested, refreshed and calmer than when they arrived. No experience is required. Simply come as you are. Sessions can be booked as a private one-to-one experience or shared with up to 4 people. Your session includes: • Guided Yoga Nidra • Sound Bath • Time to Rest and Recharge • Herbal Tea Afterwards • Bottled Water Held in my cosy log cabin in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. A gentle opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply be looked after for a while.
