Private Restorative Yoga Class

Service Description

Restorative Yoga offers you the opportunity to step away from it all for a while and give your body permission to properly rest. Unlike many yoga classes, restorative yoga isn’t about stretching further, working harder or keeping up with anyone else. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and cushions, each pose is fully supported so your body can begin to soften and let go of tension. Throughout the session, I’ll guide you through gentle breathing practices and supported postures designed to encourage deep relaxation and support your nervous system. This is a lovely option if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, struggling to switch off or simply in need of some time for yourself. No yoga experience is required and you don’t need to be flexible. Sessions can be booked as a private one-to-one experience or shared with up to 4 people. Your session includes: • Restorative Yoga • Gentle Breathwork • Fully Supported Poses • Guided Relaxation • Herbal Tea Afterwards • Bottled Water Held in my cosy log cabin in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. A chance to slow down, breathe and give yourself permission to rest.
