Cancellation Policy

Need to Cancel?: Life is unpredictable, I get it. If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit can't be refunded, as it's challenging to fill the slot last-minute. What If I Cancel?: Should I have to cancel, you'll receive a full refund. If it's less than 48 hours' notice, your next session is my treat. Running Late?: Running a tad late? No problem. I'll do my best to hold your session. Full time isn't guaranteed, but we'll make quality time with what's left. Payment Details: Online services require full payment upfront, no exceptions. For in-person appointments, a deposit is needed online, and the remaining balance is due in cash on the day. Card payments aren't an option, but it's for simplicity's sake.
